06/14/2005 - Optimum Network Services officially doing business as `Data102`
Optimum Network Services, LLC announced today that it is officially
doing business as 'Data102'. "We think the name change better reflects
who we are as a company and what services we provide," said company
President, David Payne. "We need to let the market know that we are
here and that we are focused on meeting the colocation and bandwidth
needs of the industry."
Drawing from their address at the telecom 'carrier hotel' at
102 S. Tejon in downtown Colorado Springs, Data102 believes that the
new name, effective June 6th, 2005, will breath new life into their

04/01/2005 - Optimum Network Services hires David Payne as operating President
Optimum Network Services, LLC is pleased to release that it has
brought on board David Payne as their operating President. "Dave brings
a lot of enthusiasm, energy and industry experience to the table that

03/01/2005 - Optimum Network Services hires Corey Anderson as VP of Business Development
Optimum Network Services, LLC formally announced today that it has
brought on Mr. Corey Anderson as Director of Business Development. Mr.
Anderson has a strong background in growing revenues in a plethora of
SMB markets, and aims to do the same for ONS. "Optimum has a lot going
for it, but it's fundamental business platform needs to be reviewed. I
think that with a little time, we'll have a very mature business

11/30/2005 - Optimum Network Services plans facility overhaul in face of customer growth
Optimum Network Services, LLC released to the public today that it
will be doing very large network and power overhauls in the near
future. Mr. Kohutek, the company's directory of IT operations said "We
have run into a situation where our infrastructure is not scaling with
the demands of our customers. So we're changing that." Some of the
anticipated changes include purchasing additional internet connectivity
for redunandancy and load balancing, as well as a complete overhaul of
the power grid in their datacenter, located at 102 S. Tejon in downtown
Colorado Springs.
Said company CEO Hill Branscomb of the changes, "What we're doing here
is taking our business not only to the next level, but to the top."
10/15/2004 - Optimum Network Services bring Randal Kohutek on as Director of Network Operations
Optimum Network Services, LLC, a Colorado Springs datacenter,
officially announced today that it has brought on Randal Kohutek as
Director of Network Operations. Mr. Hill Branscomb, Optimum's founder
and CEO said "Randal is a really fun, dynamic person who has the IT
skills and the foresight to drive our business forward."
Mr. Kohutek will be filling in for Joe Crook, a well known industry
veteran, who has taken advantage of another opportunity. "Joe has left
me with some gigantic shoes to fill. Everybody knows Joe and the
quality that his name brings - I hope I can offer ONS, our customers
