Physical Security Features

Located in the West Tower of the Plaza of the Rockies, Data102's facilities provide a secure, monitored environment for your colocated IT equipment. The West Tower itself is available from 6am until 6pm, Monday through Friday. Access to the building for all other times is permitted only via a keycard that is registered with building management. Additionally, onsite security patrols the grounds routinely during off hours.

Remote hands

Our CCNP and RHCSA certified staff is available to be your hands when you cannot make it to the datacenter. Basic requests such as reboots, drive changes, etc, during normal business hours are included with your colocation service. More advanced help such as racking equipment and troubleshooting your systems is available 24/7/365 at our contracted rates. We also can accept shipments on your behalf and provide temporary storage for your deliveries.
